當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間12月9日-12日，2024 美洲先進(jìn)汽車電池會(huì)議（AABC）在美國(guó)拉斯維加斯國(guó)際會(huì)展中心舉行。尚水智能作為專注于先進(jìn)材料創(chuàng)新分散的專家，參與此次會(huì)議并發(fā)表主題演講，向世界展示最新的研發(fā)成果與技術(shù)實(shí)力。

The 2024 AABC was held from December 9th to 12th local time at the Las Vegas International Convention Center in USA. As an expert in advanced materials innovation and dispersion, Shangshui participated in the conference and delivered a keynote speech, showcasing the latest research and development achievements and technological strength to the world.

展會(huì)上，尚水智能與來(lái)自世界各地的專業(yè)人士進(jìn)行深入的洽談，全方位、多維度地展現(xiàn)尚水智能在分散制漿、涂輥分以及粉體處理領(lǐng)域所取得的進(jìn)展與成就。

At the exhibition, Shangshui had in-depth discussions with professionals from all around the world, comprehensively and multidimensionally demonstrated the progress and achievements of Shangshui in the fields of slurry and dispersion, coating calendering slitting, powder processing. 

12月10日下午，尚水智能首席科學(xué)家石橋博士發(fā)表“Manufacturing Processes and Equipment for Battery Electrodes: Past, Present and Future”主題演講。石橋博士從電極制造的重要性展開(kāi)，從電池設(shè)計(jì)、電池化學(xué)、極片微觀結(jié)構(gòu)等方面分析了影響鋰離子電池性能的關(guān)鍵因素。

On the afternoon of December 10th, Shangshui Chief Scientist Dr. Qiao SHl, delivered a keynote speech titled "Manufacturing Processes and Equipment for Battery Electrodes: Past, Present and Future". Dr. Qiao SHl elaborated on the importance of electrode manufacturing and analyzed the key factors affecting the performance of lithium-ion batteries from aspects such as battery design, battery chemistry,  microstructure of battery electrode sheet.

石橋博士重點(diǎn)介紹了行業(yè)發(fā)展歷程，傳統(tǒng)的電極制備技術(shù)難以適配電動(dòng)汽車和儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)等大規(guī)模電池市場(chǎng)。目前，尚水智能開(kāi)創(chuàng)的捏合式高效制漿系統(tǒng)（Kneomix）、循環(huán)式高效制漿系統(tǒng)（Vorlenmix）、連續(xù)式高效制漿系統(tǒng)（Contomix）三條制漿路線，分別適配批次混合工藝、半連續(xù)工藝、連續(xù)工藝等不同工況，有效地解決了效率低、能耗大等傳統(tǒng)工藝難題。

Dr. Qiao SHl emphasized the development history of the industry, stating that traditional electrode preparation techniques are difficult to adapt to large-scale battery market like EV & ESS. At present, Shangshui has pioneered three routes for slurry preparation : Kneomix, Vorlenmix and Contomix, which are suitable for different working conditions like batch mixing, semi continuous, and continuous processes, effectively solving traditional process problems such as low efficiency and high energy consumption.

此外，針對(duì)聚合物纖維化法技術(shù)路線設(shè)備存在混合均一性、纖維化、極片一致性等痛點(diǎn)難題，尚水智能可為客戶提供粉料混合、粉料纖維化、輥壓成型等干法電極工藝與設(shè)備解決方案。

In addition, Shangshui can provide customers with dry electrode process and equipment solutions such as powder mixing, powder fibrosis, and calendaring and compositing to address the pain points of mixing uniformity, fibrosis, and electrode consistency in the polymer fibrosis technology route equipment.
