1. Process Description工藝描述
1）The blender is use on pre-crusher and mixing other's powder
該設備用于鎢粉預破碎以及和粉末混合。
2）This process is designed that tungsten is faster pre-crusher after reduction, and better mixed on other's powder. Meanwhile, it shall reduce the original outside of tungsten, and develop the quality of carbon tungsten. The designation is good at reduce the blind corner during blending. The shelf is designed on fine blending also with the rotor blade. The double water jacket is good at rapid cooling. And the big volt is fine for producing a complete batch.
本工藝目的是給還原后的鎢粉進行快速預破碎，然后和其它粉進行混合以達到良好
的混合效果。同時，盡可能少的破壞鎢粉原始形貌，從而改善*終碳化鎢粉的性
能。錐形結構設計盡可能的減少混合死角；高功率犁刀使得粉末得以充分混合；
高轉速飛刀有效分散團聚；雙層水套設計保證快速冷卻；大容量可保持大批次產
品的性能同一性。
3）The customer shall adjust the performance on rapid as the required of self-powder in
order to achieve the best results.
